What is a mart3d shop?

It is a virtual 3d space, that you can decorate yourself, where you can display images of your own retail goods and browse them as if you were walking around a real shop. Your items are also listed below the shop, with links, for a more traditional approach to web shopping. It is also possible to earn commission by promoting Amazon products.

What do I need?

A PayPal merchant account (click here for more detail or to create a PayPal account).

Payments for your goods/service go directly to your own PayPal account.

If you plan to earn commission by promoting Amazon products you will need an Amazon Affiliate account.

How does it work?

You create an inventory of all the items you want to sell. Specify the prices, delivery, stock levels, condition etc. and upload photos for each item.

Then, using a 3d graphical tool similar in design to the 3d Shop, you assign stock items to billboards on display elements in your shop. You can add, delete and move display elements around using this same tool. You can also change the appearance of the shop wallpaper.

When someone clicks on a billboard it displays detailed information about that product.

You get statistics on billboard/product click rates and shop visits so that you know which items of stock are the most frequently clicked. This helps you manage your shop display more effectively.
